How Beckett Grading Works Through 5 Star Cards
Choose Your Service
Select a Beckett service level based on your card’s declared value and your preferred turnaround time.
Ship Your Cards
Send your cards to our Wisconsin facility. We provide card savers for free if you don’t have your own.
We Submit to Beckett
We handle the entire BGS submission process, including shipping to and from Beckett on your behalf.
Receive Your Cards
Once graded, we send your results and an invoice. Pay only when your grades are ready, and optionally consign through our eBay store.
Why Choose Beckett Grading?
Subgrades on Every Card
BGS reports four subgrades — centering, corners, edges, and surface — alongside the overall grade, so buyers can see exactly why a card graded the way it did.
The Black Label 10
A BGS 10 with four perfect 10 subgrades earns the Black Label — the rarest and most sought-after designation in card grading, and a major premium at resale.
Premium Slab
Beckett’s thick, tamper-evident holder with its colored label is built for long-term protection and display, and is especially popular for modern autos and numbered parallels.
